RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

This Returns & Refund Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of ACSYTOSIN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED (“ACSYTOSIN,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and applies to all purchases made through our Platform.
Returns
We accept returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• unworn;
• unwashed;
• unused;
• in original condition;
• with all original tags attached; and
• returned in original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
• Size exchanges are permitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or alternative solution at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs related to exchanges, except where the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
In such cases:
• We will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
• You may choose between a replacement or a full refund, subject to availability and applicable law.
