Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by local authorities are not included at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• unworn
• unwashed
• returned with original tags and packaging
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive items
• Customized or made-to-order products
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover all shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund.
